COMPLAINTS

If you would like to make a complaint about any aspect of our site please contact us as tjmanage001 (at ) gmail (dot) com - all complaints will be considered and responded to within seven business days. The outcome of the complaint will be communicated to the complainant. If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome they may request an appeal by contacting us again at tjmanage001 (at ) gmail (dot) com within 10 business days, or longer if an extension is requested. Should an appeal be upheld an any appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the timescales set out in the appeal decision. If this concerns removal of content this will be done immediately upon notification of decision of the appeal. Appeals may take up to 10 business days to result in a decision. Should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
